About The Position

The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for performing all tasks related to fulfilling orders. Receives inventory items and ships products as required. Performs Quality Control on all products before shipment in order to maintain Ikonix USA’s reputation for outstanding quality and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
• 2-3 years of experience in order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, or warehouse operations
• 1-2 years of fork-lift experience

Responsibilities

• Pulls inventory and assembles contents to fill orders
• Unloads incoming materials and stocks in warehouse
• Performs final quality control checks including visual inspection of contents, adheres to checklists and verifies invoice accuracy
• Prints, packs, seals and affixes labels to all outgoing products, and records shipment data for reporting and record keeping purposes
• Makes arrangements for shipping and delivery
• Identify possibilities for improvement
• Adhere to ISO processes and work instructions
• Other duties as assigned
