WHAT WE NEED: Prov Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to support our daily operations. This part-time role focuses primarily on shipping and receiving activities, with additional responsibilities supporting printing and order preparation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to follow written procedures and deadlines
• Comfortable standing, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks
• Basic computer skills (printing, shipping systems, data entry)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Prior shipping, fulfillment, or warehouse experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship outgoing orders accurately and on time
• Receive and verify incoming shipments
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation
• Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment
• Print, assemble, and prepare materials according to specifications
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist with batching and staging materials for shipment
