Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate processing, packaging, and delivery of food orders, while maintaining quality control, efficiency, and compliance with food safety regulations. Supervise the processing of all customers, market, and catering orders for accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with Executive Chef and kitchen teams to ensure production needs meet quality standards and deadlines. Monitor and maintain inventory of food and packaging materials in collaboration with the Purchasing Manager. Oversee quality control checks and compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols. Supervise packing and labeling of all orders, including handling of temperature-sensitive items. Work with the Delivery and Logistics, Kitchen, and Catering teams to manage delivery schedules and on-time fulfillment orders. Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, order status, delivery issues, and or complaints. Ensure adherence to safety and service standards. Recommend and implement ways to process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs. Maintain documentation of order metrics, inventory levels, and performance data. Ensure all order fulfillment operations comply with food safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
