About The Position
R2Net Inc. is an innovative technology company that provides e-commerce and supply chain platforms to connect the entire span of the diamond industry’s ecosystem, including manufacturers, retailers, and consumers. The Order Fulfillment and Processing Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time. This position is responsible for managing order flow from receipt through fulfillment, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Review and process incoming customer orders in the system.
- Verify order details for accuracy, including product specifications and shipping information.
- Collaborate with inventory and manufacturing teams to ensure product availability.
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve delays or issues.
- Inspect products before shipment to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Document and report any discrepancies or defects.
- Assist in resolving order-related inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and shipments.
- Identify opportunities to streamline fulfillment processes and improve efficiency.
