About The Position

About the Role: The Order Fulfilment Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders, from initiation to successful delivery. This role involves monitoring the order fulfillment process, identifying delays, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and prevent delays for improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is a role that requires a proactive person who can work on their own initiative to drive sales orders through the system.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management or relevant experience
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey information clearly
  • Self-starter, quick learner, cooperative attitude, and team player
  • Must be fluent in English (oral & written)
  • Able to work flexible working hours

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate scheduling of orders and resolve issues (holds, shortages, etc.) on the order.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (planning/purchasing/finance/program management/logistics) to ensure orders will ship per promise date.
  • Manages the Promise Date in Oracle for revenue forecasting and update consistently to reflect ship date communicated to customer.
  • Track and report concern and/or cause of order processing delays.
  • Identify and analyze delays in the order processing workflow, investigating root causes, and determining factors contributing to the delays
  • Notify Sales teams daily of any issues in meeting customer expectations.
  • Daily interface with sales managers on order status, track shipment, delivery, and backlog activities.
  • Review order status and pick orders timely to meet on time delivery.
  • Monitor shipment status, verify AWB accuracy, communicate with carriers for updates, address potential delays, inform customers about progress, and ensure timely issue resolution for smooth delivery operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure orders are invoiced timely and accurately to maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Efficiently manage orders from diverse sources, including suppliers and distribution centers, ensuring accurate product selection, timely communication, optimal shipping methods, and proactive issue resolution
  • Organize weekly conference calls to review and discuss open sales orders.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing delay data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for process enhancement.
  • Other duties as assigned.
