About The Position

The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for coordinating daily shipping and inventory activities while providing operational support to warehouse associates and partner agencies to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly speak, write, and present information.
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills.
  • Ability to engage with a diverse audience.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

  • Work performed in both office and warehouse environments.
  • Frequent walking, standing, and sitting.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
  • May encounter occasional exposure to fumes and airborne particles.
  • Moderate noise levels from office and warehouse equipment.

Nice To Haves

  • One year of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Knowledge of inventory control practices, procedures, and recordkeeping methods preferred.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and assistance to agencies with ordering and invoicing.
  • Review, accept, and schedule agency orders in the inventory system.
  • Generate inventory picks in the inventory system for order pullers.
  • Complete timely and accurate invoicing of orders and transmit copies to agencies.
  • Maintain the ordering calendar in Agency Express.
  • Attend staff meetings and participate in team planning sessions.
  • Demonstrate a pleasant, professional, and helpful attitude at all times.
  • Participate in accurate inventory control measures, including periodic physical inventory and cycle counts, and assist in investigating discrepancies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
