This role is responsible for performing general warehouse activities, including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from the sales floor to a staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. The Omni Experience Ambassador will be involved in all digital initiatives such as BOPIC (Buy Online Pick Up In Club), Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.

Regarding Club Standards, the team is expected to work together to deliver GOLD club standards daily, maintaining a 'Grand opening look' and a clean, organized environment, especially within the OMNI Space Bin storage, which should be regularly cleaned and maintained based on safety standards.

Finally, the associate should understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for their department, recognizing the connection between consistent execution and its positive impact on the business.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilize a handheld scanner device (RF) device to pick orders from the sales floor.
• Use a handheld scanner device (RF) to verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area.
• Communicate problems with inventory and/or equipment and communicate expired or short-dated items included on the pick list.
• Communicate with the club team when merchandise needs to be replenished.
• Work with the team to have merchandise pulled from the reserve area, when possible, to avoid sales floor replenishment.
• Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet all productivity requirements.
• Work with a high level of urgency to ensure deadlines are met, including key performance indicators based on individual performance.
• Follow operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards with adherence to established SOP for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
• Take responsibility for individual performance and work with club leadership on individual performance when metrics are not met.
• Securely package the order in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Ensure the SFC (Ship from Club) area is neat, clean, and organized.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the work area.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Process returns to the club and make determinations on how to handle them (via DDR or Membership desk).
• Maintain all club policies and procedures, including adhering to proper dress code standards.
• Meet OMNI productivity expectations regarding service level agreements (SLA’s), performance metrics, and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
