About The Position

• Verify all required documents are included with the product
• Verify product within warranty
• Verify product has warrantable defect
• Match product to receipt and to return authorization
- Process return authorization in system and report issues in system:
• Record product data
• Record shipping data
• Responsible for the cardboard recycling/bundling machine operations
• Responsible for product destruction
• Goal is to process all returns within 24 hours

Requirements

• Computer Entry skills
• 1-3 years of experience with order entry
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Order Entry
• Microsoft office
• Customer Service
• Warranty Claims
• SAP

Nice To Haves

• ERP software experience
• Knowledge of baseball or sports equipment
• Warranty Claims experience
