About The Position

Chocolate Inn Taylor and Grant is a leading manufacturer of promotional chocolate, mints, candy, food, and gifts. They are part of NC Custom, the promotional products division of Nassau Candy, a well-established, family-owned organization known for quality and service. The company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Order Entry Specialist to join their Order Entry team in Hicksville, NY.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn proprietary systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in Order Entry or Data Entry
• Manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of day-to-day communication between Order Entry and internal departments, including Sales, Customer Service, Art, and Shipping, to identify, address, and resolve order-related issues and changes.
• Accurately enter and review customer orders in collaboration with our remote AWS (offshore) team.
• Respond to customer emails regarding order status, changes, and general order-related inquiries.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all order data.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and business needs.
