About The Position

The Order Entry Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of orders at our Utah location. This role involves communicating with customers via phone and email, processing web orders, and ensuring all necessary information is collected and documented. The coordinator will also handle the physical aspects of the role, including retrieving items from storage, testing equipment, packaging, and overseeing shipping and receiving processes. This individual will manage the entire order process, from entry to delivery, and also handle customer returns.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or shipping and receiving.
• Proficiency in order processing and data entry.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and inventory management.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask.
• Detail-oriented approach, especially when handling high-value equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of environmental or engineering equipment is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process 5-10 orders per day, including receiving and shipping.
• Document orders using Windows PC and Point of Rental system.
• Communicate with customers to address equipment requests and inquiries.
• Retrieve items from storage, test equipment, and package items for shipment.
• Follow up with customers to ensure receipt of orders and manage returns.
