About The Position

We are looking for an Industrial Professional Order Entry to join our team. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail oriented, and willing to work as a team with the goal of providing the best experience possible to our B2B customers. As an Order Entry representative, you will interface with B2B customers along with in-house Sales department and Engineering department personnel throughout the company while processing new orders and returns.

Requirements

5 years Aptean Intuitive / SAP or equivalent experience is required
Must be able to learn and retain vast amounts of product information
The ability to multitask under pressure
Superior data entry and customer service skills
Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills a must
Must be flexible to work overtime as needed
Ability to communicate and interact with others in a respectful, professional, and positive manner
Eagerness to learn
Computer skills such as O365, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Must be capable of calculating normal accounting functions including taxes
Must be flexible to work in other departments as needed
