The Order Entry Clerk will interact with customers and sales representatives via phone call and email, process orders, and provide information in response to customers’ inquiries. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 4:30pm.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Data entry experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls with a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Accurately input and maintain order information in company systems
  • Contact Sales Reps to clarify order requests
  • Validate order accuracy by cross-referencing source documentation and historical data
  • Promptly resolve discrepancies to maintain system integrity
  • Generate Order Acknowledgments
  • Develop understanding of Imperial Dade products and commonly used acronyms
