Responsibilities: Supporting the HMNA Engineering Team by completing new order entries using SAP and CAMOS. Supporting the HMNA Engineering Team by processing machine orders through the HMNA Order Change Management (OCM) process. Support various HMNA disciplines by answering engineering questions and requests through the HMNA Engineering Ticket System. These tasks shall be completing with assistance from Mechanical and Automation Engineers. Provide drawings, specifications, and general engineering guidance to various HMNA disciplines using tools available to the HMNA engineering team (CAMOS, SAP, Catia, etc) Requirements / Skills: Mechanical capability in regard to industrial equipment Electrical capability in regard to industrial equipment Fully competent reading and interpreting engineering drawings Fully competent in basic metrology tools and procedures Fully competent in MS Office suite SAP capability is preferred Education / Experience: Experience level varies Education: Associates Degree in technical field or equivalent experience Reporting Structure: Reports into the HMNA technical division Reports to HMNA Engineering Management Reviewing / Assessments: Performance review yearly Performance based on predetermined personal / professional / and site-based goals Performance shall be evaluated on: New machine order 1st time quality OCN processing timeliness Engineering ticket quality and close rate Attendance General work performance
