About The Position

We’re looking for a highly organized Eyewear Order Coordinator to support our production operations by planning, scheduling, and coordinating eyewear line activities. In this role, you’ll ensure production orders are released on time, materials are available, and lines are staffed and running efficiently.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent math, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook required).
• Comfortable using production or ERP systems.
• Ability to interpret written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in manufacturing or production scheduling.
• Knowledge of eyewear production or packaging operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.

Responsibilities

• Create and release eyewear production orders.
• Build and maintain daily/weekly production schedules.
• Coordinate machine loading and communicate staffing needs.
• Work closely with Production, Purchasing, and Quality teams.
• Monitor eyewear production progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues related to downtime, shortages, and delays.
• Maintain accurate documentation and system data.
• Communicate order status updates and priorities to leadership.
