Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail is required
- Good technical knowledge including POS, Windows and Excel
- Ability to provide leadership training, delegate and motivate staff
- Able to work at a fast pace
- Demonstrates strength in employee relations and customer service
- Developed problem solving skills
- Ability to support and work as a team
- Strong time management skills
- Previous work experience at Bachman’s or equivalent work experience preferred

- Previous work experience at Bachman’s or equivalent work experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with phone orders and Customer Service-related issues
- Process orders and assist with messaging on outgoing wire orders
- Process gift card and subscription orders
- Maintain UPS tracking records
- Process credits on Customer Service-related issues
- Invoice orders daily
- Assist with training as needed
- Supervise staff in the absence of other support staff members
