The studio address is: Orangetheory Fitness Lakewood Ranch 5496 Lena Rd. Bradenton, FL 34211 (941)444-2442 In order to set yourself up for success, build passion for the brand, and understand what it takes to be an OTF Coach, it is highly recommended that you take classes at your nearby Orangetheory Fitness studio. Please bring a copy of your updated resume, current fitness certifications, and your CPR/AED card to provide staff upon arrival. There will be a physical component of the audition in addition to a group interview, microphone audition, and a knowledge check over human movement and physiology. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
