Requirements

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
• Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
• Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
• Current BLS, ACLS, DEA, ACLS, and applicable state credentials
• Commitment to quality care in a community health setting

Responsibilities

• Clinical focus is third molar extractions and surgical cases, with full team support in a well-equipped environment.
• Perform third molar extractions, including impacted cases
• Complete surgical and complex extractions across the dentition as clinically appropriate
• Work efficiently within an office environment with trained clinical staff
• Uphold compliant, patient-centered care standards

• Daily compensation of $1,000–$4,000 — paid as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production
