About The Position

As an Oracle Payroll Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of a large-scale payroll system for approximately 650,000 employees on Oracle EBS Payroll. Your expertise in Oracle Payroll Functional and Technical areas, as well as your experience with Federal and/or Global Payroll, will be essential in ensuring the success of this project. You will be responsible for providing support across various functional, technical, and change management teams throughout the lifecycle of the program. Your blend of functional and technical knowledge will be instrumental in addressing any challenges that may arise during the implementation process. Candidates for this role would benefit from exposure to Oracle HR & Payroll systems, as well as experience implementing large-scale payroll systems. Additionally, experience with change management and working with cross-functional teams would be advantageous in this position. Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to payroll systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills will also be key to effectively collaborating with various teams and stakeholders throughout the project.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
  • Deep Functional/Technical Oracle HR and Payroll processing and operations implementation experience
  • Experience implementing large scale payroll systems
  • US Citizenship Required
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
