The Project Manager Workstream Lead manages key domains of the Technical, Clinical/Functional, or Site Deployment within a large scale EHR implementation. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for facilitating collaboration among technical teams, clinical stakeholders, site leadership, and senior management. You will be accountable for managing, planning, and coordination of delivery of workstreams to ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets. The Project Manager Oversee pre deployment, go live, and post deployment optimization activities while proactively managing risks, resolving issues, and ensuring regulatory and organizational compliance. Leverage proven healthcare IT and EHR deployment leadership to support successful multi site implementations that enhance care delivery and patient outcomes. As the Oracle Health Project Manager Workstream Lead, you will:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued
  • Previous Oracle Health EHR implementation experience including Project management experience including large scale program management and strategic planning
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate the Oracle Health solutions to client audiences
  • The ability to travel is an essential function of this role and may vary based on client, enterprise or project needs, with up to 50% travel to client sites nationwide
  • Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates
  • US Citizenship required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Federal Health consulting experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross‑functional deployment teams, providing direction, coaching, and performance oversight to ensure successful execution across sites
  • Plan and manage complex, multi‑site programs, aligning workstreams to strategic objectives, timelines, and resource constraints
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to support program execution and decision‑making
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, escalating appropriately to minimize impact on scope, schedule, and quality
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders to drive alignment and resolve dependencies.
  • Deliver clear, concise updates and recommendations to senior leadership, supporting informed decision‑making
  • Define, track, and report key performance indicators using dashboards and metrics to monitor progress and outcomes
