The Clinical Informaticist supports the full lifecycle of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementation across multiple medical centers. You will lead and coordinate discovery activities across hospitals and clinics to assess workflows, clinical services, SOPs, shared services, and research operations. Post discovery analysis is conducted to define functional and clinical scope and requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of the client’s standard capabilities, workflows, and services to support effective gap analysis. As the Oracle Health Clinical Informaticist, you will: Support development of recommendations to address identified capability gaps throughout the deployment lifecycle Own and manage relationships with key clinical and functional stakeholders ensuring functional readiness for transition to the new EHR Act as a liaison between technical and clinical teams, translating requirements and changes for deployment sites Collaborate with Change Management (CM) and End User Engagement & Adoption (EUEA) teams to provide clinical guidance Support key deployment activities, including User Readiness Assessments (URA), data collection and system build, testing, training, and adoption events Document lessons learned during deployment to inform and improve future implementations
