About The Position
Zachary Piper Solutions is currently looking for a Oracle HCM Engineer to support mission-critical operations in the McLean, VA area. The Oracle HCM Engineer will lead Oracle Cloud HCM design and delivery, driving scalable, user-focused solutions in partnership with HR, IT, and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience, including Talent Management, Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation.
- Skilled in VB Studio and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong in system configuration, testing, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Oracle HCM solutions across Core HR, Talent, Benefits, and Compensation.
- Translate business needs into user-focused solutions, managing configurations through the full SDLC.
- Configure and enhance Oracle HCM using VB Studio, focusing on intuitive design and scalable workflows.
- Manage projects from planning to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.
