The work: The Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Configuration Specialist will work with project teams and client stakeholders to implement solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud configurations. The resource must have hands on functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR and Benefits) roll and across the major Oracle HCM Cloud processes integrating with payroll, benefits and absence management. This will include, but is not limited to, workshop facilitation, deliverable generation, application configuration, comprehensive testing to achieve successful testing, business process best practice advice, deployment planning, deployment execution, and post go-live support.
