About The Position

The Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, HCM subject matter experts, Business Analysts, Enterprise and Technical solutions Architects to ensure that our Oracle Fusion HCM implementation maximizes application capabilities and is aligned to HCM best practices to implement a secure, resilient and scalable HCM Solution. This role would continue to analyze systems, processes, and data, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to continuously enhance Oracle Fusion HCM solutions capabilities, uptake new capabilities that align with business needs as they become available through release cycles and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Requirements

  • 10 years' experience as Oracle HCM Application Architect or Technical Subject Matter Expert
  • Experience with Oracle ERP-HCM Applications including SaaS implementation support
  • Experience working with Cloud platform and Vendors
  • At least two years' experience with IT General control in Oracle ERP-HCM environment
  • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
  • Thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate into functional and technical requirements including facilitation of collaborative activities necessary to gather information
  • Understanding of ERP-HCM business processes and industry best practices
  • Project management activities such as planning, task management and risk assessment
  • Strong analytical techniques and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with both Business and technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and Prioritization techniques
  • Behaviors must align with B&V standard including exhibiting a high degree of accountability
  • Experience and certifications in Oracle Cloud platforms including ERP-HCM Systems
  • Understanding of Oracle Cloud technologies including PaaS and SaaS
  • System integration Experience
  • Understanding of software development methodologies, practices and process

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, Computer Science, or Business preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Business stakeholders and technical support team to ensure that current and future application configuration aligns with business processes, Oracle and Industry best practices.
  • Advise and guide to innovate and improve how we leverage our HCM Fusion Application to align with evolving business needs leveraging experience with Oracle Fusion HR, Payroll, Benefits and Recruiting modules.
  • Collaborate with business analyst and our solutions architect to help define functional and technical integration requirements
  • Partner with business stakeholders to develop fast formulas, utilize design studio, page composer and other technical skills to deliver Oracle Fusion recommended capabilities.
  • Partner with HCM Application support team to Review and keep B&V BR100 application configuration documents up to date reflecting any project or releases changes
  • Participate in the quarterly release uptake cycle by partnering with Business and technical teams to review capabilities and support decision on up taking new feature and capabilities that align with B&V business needs.
  • Collaborate with business, technical support and Quality Assurance teams to ensure effectiveness of automated testing on quarterly release cycle.
  • Work with Internal Security architects to ensure application security posture is aligned with B&V standards and compliance with PII, HIPAA, ITIL and any other regulatory or internal standards
