The Role: Oracle Fusion Pricing Lead As an Oracle Fusion Pricing Lead at Switch, you will be part of a world-class team that operates in excellence, delivering mission-critical solutions that redefine whats possible in AI, cloud and enterprise data center needs. Your work will directly impact the future of technology and the sustainable growth of the Internet. Switch is modernizing its core operations, and this role will lead the design, implementation, and testing of Oracle Fusion ERP. In the first year, youll focus on rolling out key modules that streamline processes and build the foundation for growth. Beyond implementation, youll shape how Switch uses ERP to drive innovation, efficiency, and smarter decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in pricing/e-commerce systems.
• Oracle Fusion Pricing & OM experience.
• Strong understanding of system configuration, data migration, and integration.
• Proven track record in designing workflows, implementing solutions, and conducting testing cycles within Oracle Fusion.
• Bachelors in Business, Finance, or IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Pricing design, requirements, and configuration.
• Configure pricing, discounting, promotions, and order flows.
• Develop and execute test plans (unit, integration, UAT).
• Identify opportunities to optimize pricing processes and system performance.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and IT to deliver scalable ERP solutions.
