About The Position

As an Oracle Fusion Accounts Receivable Implementation Lead at Switch, you will be part of a world-class team that operates in excellence, delivering mission-critical solutions that redefine whats possible in AI, cloud and enterprise data center needs. Switch is modernizing its core operations, and this role will lead the design, implementation, and testing of Oracle Fusion ERP. In the first year, youll focus on rolling out key modules that streamline processes and build the foundation for growth. Beyond implementation, youll shape how Switch uses ERP to drive innovation, efficiency, and smarter decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years billing/revenue management experience inclusive of cash application and collections experience.
• Oracle Subscription Management expertise.
• SalesForce CRM experience.
• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or IT.

Nice To Haves

• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure subscription billing, invoicing, cash application, collections and related workflows within Fusion.
• Partner with Data Center Services in integrating Fusion with SalesForce, which drives invoicing, inclusive of new services, amendments, renewals, and decommissions.
• Partner with General Accounting to ensure ASC 606 and ASC 842 compliance and to support monthly/quarterly close processes tied to subscription revenue.
• Partner with Finance to develop dashboards for subscription KPIs (ARR, churn, renewal rates).
• Provide training and documentation for subscription management processes.
