About The Position

The ERP Analyst plays a key role in project coordination, providing functional expertise, and driving improvements and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems. This role involves tracking and controlling projects for assigned modules or systems, acting as a bridge between functional and technical teams to oversee the development of new system functionalities, upgrades, modifications, and addressing day-to-day issues through problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution. We are seeking a self-motivated candidate with a strong drive to explore new technologies, solid expertise in Oracle ERP, and experience with other technologies. What You’ll Be Doing: Requires comprehensive knowledge of Oracle ERP. Familiarity with other technologies such as Cloud computing, Machine learning, and Data science. Understanding of system design concepts. Proficiency in programming languages beyond PL/SQL. Experience with reporting platforms like PowerBI, Tableau, and Qlik. Knowledge of supply chain processes is an advantage. Expertise in API and EDI integrations. Hands-on experience in system integration. Capable of solving complex problems and applying innovative perspectives using existing solutions. Works independently with minimal supervision and provides informal guidance to junior staff. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience and contributes to process improvements. Represents a career level that may remain stable for many years, potentially until retirement. Typically resolves issues using established solutions while contributing to process enhancements.

Requirements

  • Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience
  • Requires in-depth functional knowledge and experience in ERP systems, preferably Oracle ERP – R12
  • Must have implementation experience of large ERP applications with emphasis on Supply chain modules and process flows
  • Experience in implementing Oracle functions in: Order management, Procurement, Sales Management, Accounts Payable, And/or Accounts Receivable
  • Experience in flows for Order to cash, Procure to Pay cycles
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
  • Works independently; receives minimal guidance
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • Contributes to process improvements
  • Work with end users and business teams for requirements gathering, understanding customer needs.
  • Should be able to work with multiple groups to coordinate and carry out technical activities which include new development, maintenance, and production support activities
  • Assists in allied activities of the ERP Applications Team, working with vendor Support and internal support teams ensuring smooth running of the ERP applications systems
  • Demonstrated proficiency authoring basic to complex queries in SQL and understanding of PL/SQL

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with other technologies such as Cloud computing, Machine learning, and Data science.
  • Understanding of system design concepts.
  • Proficiency in programming languages beyond PL/SQL.
  • Experience with reporting platforms like PowerBI, Tableau, and Qlik.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes is an advantage.
  • Expertise in API and EDI integrations.
  • Hands-on experience in system integration.
  • Experience with Oracle ASCP, Demantra, Procurement, or PLM is a plus
  • Prior experience integrating ERP applications with 3rd party tools is highly desired
