B015 - Oracle ERP CRS Hybrid role -- candidates local to DMV only Complete Description: Duties and Responsibilities 1. Design, develop, maintain, and deliver critical dashboards scheduled and ad hoc reports and queries that meet the business needs of stakeholders and support all areas of Oracle ERP, Procurement and Project/Grants Cloud 2. Responsible for designing, developing, and supporting various reports and data extracts. 3. Support the day-to-day operations, including help desk issues and end-user support. 4. Develop custom reports using OTBI/Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) 5. Develop, unit test, performance tuning and implementation of Custom Reports 6. Deploy and Schedule reports using ESS 7. Collaborate with the workstream leads to create reporting specs that accurately document required functionality 8. Create BIP reports where requirements cannot be met through out-of-the-box reports and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) 9. Create end-user training documentation, ensuring that the functionality of the report is fully understood 10. Support unit testing and user acceptance test for Oracle ERP, Procurement and Project/Grants Cloud reporting 11. Support quarterly upgrades to Oracle cloud by assessing its impact on reports. Education 1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field Qualifications 1. 5+ years of experience dealing with Oracle Fusion Financials. 2. 4+ years of experience developing OTBI/BIP Reports 3. 4+ years of Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud 4. Deep understanding of Fusion Financials database schema (GL_LEDGERS, XLA subledger accounting tables, AP/AR transaction tables, Project-Grants Management tables) 5. Full lifecycle implementations using government-compliant data warehousing solutions with Oracle Fusion Financials or Oracle ERP 6. Experience with at least one modern ETL/ELT tool. 7. Implement automated data extraction from Oracle Fusion Financials using native Oracle tools (BICC, OIC, OTBI) or third-party extraction platforms 8. Worked on Automation of reconciliation between Oracle Fusion and warehouse, fund balance validation, audit trail documentation, and support for government audit cycles. 9. Excellent understanding of Financial Modules and Data structure 10. Built self-service reporting using enterprise BI platforms for Oracle Fusion Financials 11. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud development is a plus
