About The Position

Serve as a functional and technical Oracle ERP Cloud Analyst, responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud SaaS applications. Provide subject matter expertise across enterprise financial and procurement systems with hands on configuration, analysis, testing and production support across ERP Cloud modules. Accounts Receivable and Advanced Collections Accounts Payable General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets Procurement (Purchasing and Sourcing), Inventory, Cost Management EPM Financials, including ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) Support AR and Collections processes such as billing, receipts, adjustments, credit management, collections strategies, etc., while maintaining balanced ownership across AP and procurement flows. Apply working knowledge of Trading Community Architecture (TCA) including customers, parties, accounts, and sites; familiarity with CX data alignment a plus. Configure ERP Cloud setups including chart of accounts, ledgers, approval workflows, flexfields, and key personalizations. Manage application security through role-based access controls, duty roles, and data security policies. Design and support integrations between ERP Cloud and other systems (CX, HCM, third party Cloud and On-Premise applications – COTS and custom- using FBDI, ADFDI, REST/SOAP APIs, etc. Develop and maintain reporting and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Studio. Participate in Oracle quarterly updates by supporting impact analysis, regression testing, and feature validation. Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, manage Oracle SRs, and contribute to internal knowledge documentation. Bring exposure to Oracle AI capabilities to support automation, insights, and future enhancements. Participate in projects, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives across ERP and integrated systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3- 5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion).
  • Proven experience across Accounts Receivable and Collections and other ERP SaaS modules like Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Sourcing.
  • Experience with Oracle reporting tools including OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Studio.
  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud integrations using FBDI, APIs, or open interface tables.
  • Understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture, data models, and security concepts.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
  • Self‑driven, team‑oriented professional with a growth mindset and interest in learning new Oracle Cloud and AI capabilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
  • Transportation or logistics industry experience is a plus.
