What you'll do: The Oracle EBS / HRMS Analyst will support the application management of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and HRMS modules, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with business needs. This role requires expertise in Oracle EBS version R12+ and a strong understanding of HRMS processes, with a focus on Compensation Workbench, Payroll, Performance Management, Time & Labor, and User Productivity Toolkit. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions, resolve issues, and enhance system functionality.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of hands-on experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite version R12+ including experience with the following Oracle EBS modules: Oracle EBS Accounts Payable Oracle EBS General Ledger Oracle EBS Accounts Receivable Oracle EBS Billing Oracle EBS Order Management Oracle EBS Procurement
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the application lifecycle management of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
• Provide expertise in Oracle EBS modules, including AP, GL, AR, billing, order management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• Maintain documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements in HR and payroll operations.
