About The Position

Savantage Solutions is currently looking for an Oracle EBS Functional Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the gathering, refining, and compilation of client business requirements for software changes. Additionally, you will analyze client business requirements and transform them into design solutions across various projects. Duties and Responsibilities The candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, among others:

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; or equivalent education/experience in an accounting or information technology field.
Minimum of 7 years as a functional analyst / requirements analyst for Oracle EBS Federal Financials and Projects R12.
Demonstrated experience in systems and/or data analysis and the SDLC.
Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload and maintain schedules and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulations related to compliance and security.
Plan and execute upgrades and patching for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
Oversee integrations and manage data migrations.
Must be a US Citizen.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum is a plus.
Experience with G-Invoicing Servicing (Seller) Agency and Requesting (Buyer) Agency Functionality in Oracle EBS
Experience with Oracle EBS Enterprise Command Center (ECC) dashboards is a plus.
Experience with JSON and MuleSoft is a plus
Experience using Application Program Interface (API) in Oracle is a plus.
Experience using Treasury G-Invoicing Application is a plus
Experience with Microsoft Visio and Project is a plus.
Oracle Certified Professional is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create functional design and configuration documents.
Facilitate and participate in customer and stakeholder meetings.
Document discussions in project meeting minutes.
Create and deliver high quality project artifacts such as system requirements documents, test plans and test scripts in accordance with the project schedule.
Collaborate with the technical (i.e., software developers) and quality assurance teams to ensure that requirements are clear, understood, actionable, and testable.
Provide clarifications and revisions to requirements as needed throughout the release cycle.
Ensure baseline documentation is updated after each release including requirements traceability matrix (RTM).
Collaborate with developers to perform high-level functional testing of the solution.
Work within the system development life cycle (SDLC) guidelines to ensure all documentation adheres to required guidance.
Perform peer review of team members’ work products.
Plan and execute Oracle EBS Upgrades and Patching
Oversee Integrations and Data Migrations
Compliance and Security: Organization policies and regulations
