Oracle EBS Developer- Secret Clearance Required

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or related discipline
- Five (5) years of experience programming and building web applications in both cloud environments and isolated on-premises network environments.
- Excellent understanding of the Agile software development and Scrum processes.
- Strong organization and time management skills while working in a rapid software development environment.
- Demonstrated experience with implementing data integration solutions.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules, including Accounts Payable, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Project Management, iAssets, Core HR, HR Self Service, and HR Intelligence.
- Proven experience with PL/SQL programming, using tools such as SQLPlus and Oracle APEX.
- Experience using Web architecture principles including REST, RAML, JSON, and XML.
- Understanding of database technologies including Microsoft SQL and Oracle.
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, design patterns, and algorithms.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- (DoD) Secret or (DoE) L clearance required
