About The Position

R+L Carriers is seeking an Oracle CX Cloud Analyst at our Corporate Office in Wilmington, OH. Job Responsibilities: Serve as a functional and technical Oracle CX Cloud Analyst, responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS applications. Provide subject matter expertise and hands-on configuration, analysis, testing, and production support across multiple CX Cloud modules. Configure, Support and enhance Fusion Sales, Incentive Compensation, CX Analytics, Service Cloud (optional): End-to-end CRM and sales performance processes -lead‑to‑opportunity, opportunity‑to‑quote/order, sales territory management, performance management and compensation. CX Cloud objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, approvals, territories, quotas, forecasting and compensation plans. CX Cloud security - roles, privileges, and data access. Design and support integrations between CX Cloud and Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, and external systems using APIs and web services. Demonstrate understanding of TCA architecture and interaction with the ERP account and customer layer. Develop CX reporting and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher and Dashboards. Participate in Oracle quarterly updates by supporting impact analysis, regression testing, and feature validation. Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, manage Oracle SRs, and contribute to internal knowledge documentation. Bring exposure to Oracle AI capabilities to support automation, insights, and future enhancements Participate in projects, enhancements, and continuous improvement efforts across CX and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field.
  • 3 -5+ years of experience with Oracle CX Cloud (Fusion).
  • Strong functional expertise in CX modules – Sales, Incentive Compensation, and overall CRM, Sales life cycle management and performance processes.
  • Proven experience integrating CX Cloud with ERP & HCM Cloud and third-party applications using APIs and web services.
  • Experience with Oracle CX analytics, OTBI, BI Publisher reporting.
  • Understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud data models, security and architecture.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
  • Self-driven, team-oriented professions with a growth mindset and interest in learning new Oracle Cloud and AI capabilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Oracle CX Cloud certifications a plus.
  • Transportation, logistics industry experience a plus.
