The work: Support the planning and implementation of payroll-related activities. Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with payroll business requirements through process analysis, design or redesign, and organization structure definition. Provide subject matter expertise in payroll processes, offering advisory support and contributing to team decisions. Work with multiple teams to provide solutions to payroll-related problems and contribute to key decisions that apply across various teams. This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations: Atlanta, Dallas or Tampa.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Oracle Cloud Payroll experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 8 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 4 years work experience).
  • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced proficiency in Business Process Implementation is recommended.
  • Advanced proficiency in BPM Strategy & Solutions, Business Operation Management, and Business Process Design
  • Oracle Cloud Payroll certification
