About The Position

An Oracle CX Application Developer at Argano is an experienced technology professional responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Oracle Fusion CX applications across multiple service-related modules. This role focuses on delivering high-quality CX solutions that support Subscription Management, Field Service, and Service Cloud while enhancing digital customer experiences. The Oracle CX Application Developer collaborates closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to configure, extend, and optimize Oracle Fusion CX applications. They are expected to demonstrate strong technical expertise with Fusion toolsets, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions that align with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5–9 years of experience as an Oracle CX Application Developer or in a similar Oracle Fusion development role.
  • Hands-on experience developing and supporting Oracle CX modules, including Subscription Management, Field Service, and Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Digital Customer Service implementations and enhancements.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion toolsets, including Application Composer and Visual Builder.
  • Proven experience building and customizing Redwood pages and applications.
  • Experience working with Oracle Fusion Service; experience with CX Sales is acceptable.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture and extension frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple development tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and/or reporting tools is a plus.
  • Preferred experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support Oracle Fusion CX applications with a focus on Subscription Management, Field Service, and Service Cloud modules.
  • Provide development support for enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution across Oracle CX platforms.
  • Build, customize, and extend applications using Fusion toolsets such as Application Composer and Visual Builder.
  • Design and develop Redwood pages and applications to deliver modern, intuitive user experiences aligned with Oracle UX standards.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and support Digital Customer Service capabilities to improve customer engagement and service delivery.
  • Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to support integrations between Oracle CX and other enterprise systems, when required.
  • Develop or support reports and dashboards to meet business and operational reporting needs.
  • Provide development support for Oracle Fusion Service and related CX modules; experience supporting CX Sales is acceptable.
  • Perform unit testing, support system and user acceptance testing, and assist with production deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.
  • Maintain technical documentation for customizations, extensions, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
