About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Consultant/Analyst with strong functional and technical expertise to support, enhance, and optimize our Oracle environments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in evaluating business requirements, implementing Oracle solutions, and ensuring the stability and performance of our systems. This role is suited for someone who thrives in problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering high‑quality Oracle-based solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as an Oracle Consultant or Oracle Business Analyst.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle applications such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, or Financials.
  • Ability to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Understanding of Oracle ERP integrations, workflows, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with SQL queries, data analysis, and troubleshooting preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in full‑cycle Oracle implementations or major upgrade projects.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, dashboards, or BI reporting tools.
  • Project management or change‑management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to assess and translate operational needs into Oracle system requirements.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Oracle modules to improve performance and functionality.
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, patches, and new module implementations.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation or improved workflow efficiency.
  • Develop detailed documentation including system configurations, process flows, and training materials.
  • Assist with data validation, testing strategies, and quality assurance activities.
  • Provide ongoing production support, issue resolution, and user training when needed.
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, HR, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Oracle capabilities with business goals.
