About The Position

We are looking for an ERP Application Specialist to provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the Finance functionality.
In this role, you will support end users, resolve incidents and issues, ensure system stability, and drive continuous improvements in a post-implementation environment. You will act as a key bridge between business users, IT, and external partners, and play a key role in leading the adoption and optimization of systems.

This is a remote role with an opportunity to work from anywhere in the United States, ideally in San Diego at our HQ but not required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, IT, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years experience supporting ERP systems in a business environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Strong understanding of business processes and user workflows.
• Experience working in multi-company or multi-country environments.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

• ITIL knowledge or experience working with ticketing systems.
• Experience working with external vendors or implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Finance Microsoft Dynamics 365 users to increase adoption and optimization of the ERP system and achieve defined SLA and KPIs.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and system issues.
• Identify business/user requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis.
• Optimize system configuration in partnership with implementation and development teams.
• Lead stakeholder collaboration in the ongoing education and development of priorities.
• Manage the development and adoption of systems through effective change management practices.
• Support user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Assist with configuration changes, enhancements, and testing.
• Escalate and coordinate complex issues with vendors or development teams.
• Support reporting, data quality, and basic security/access requests.
