Peloton has a unique opportunity for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Lead to play a hands-on role in a new, high growth practice area. As an Oracle Cloud Recruiting Lead, you will be responsible for:

Requirements

  • Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree or experience in HCM
  • A minimum of 6–8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3+ years specifically leading Global End-to-End Implementations of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) from discovery through post-production hyper care
  • Maintain an Active Oracle Recruiting Cloud Implementation Professional Certification, paired with a broad understanding of the Oracle HCM ecosystem (Core HR, Talent, and Onboarding)
  • Ability to quickly understand HR concepts and apply technology configuration recommendations
  • Consulting experience in HCM systems integration and/or management consulting strongly preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with a full life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
  • Experience in additional HCM Modules such as Benefits, Time and Labor, Talent, Workforce Compensation, Performance/Goals, Learning, HR Helpdesk
  • Experience with HR compliance reporting and global compliance (GDPR and ITAR a huge plus)
  • Experience working with benefits, absence management and security
  • Experience mentoring junior staff

Responsibilities

  • Understanding and assessing a client’s current state talent process and developing future state recommendations based on Oracle’s leading business practices and the organizational goals
  • Collaborating internally and with the client to develop both high level and detailed implementation plans
  • Leveraging a consultative approach to gathering and analyzing business requirements
  • Aligning business requirements and leading practices to implement a technical solution that supports the client’s business goals
  • Advising the client on how to best bring their talent processes to life within Oracle Recruiting Cloud, which may include recommending new and refining existing business processes
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property
