The work: As an Oracle Test Lead, you will lead the testing effort and team to plan, construct, and execute release tests. You will apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics for managing and assessing the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution. You will leverage your business and functional knowledge to meet the team’s overall test objectives while coaching and advising testers as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in testing methodologies and processes, with a focus on Oracle systems including Oracle Cloud Testing Automation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in defining and implementing metrics to assess testing processes.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and ensure alignment on testing objectives.
• Oracle Cloud Certification

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing effort and team to plan, construct, and execute release tests.
• Apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics for test execution and defect resolution.
• Utilize business and functional knowledge to meet overall test objectives.
• Coach and advise testers to ensure high-quality delivery and team performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing goals and objectives.
