About The Position

As an Oracle Cloud Program Manager, you will make an impact by leading large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery of end-to-end implementations across Finance and Supply Chain domains. You will be a valued member of the Oracle Solutions Practice and work collaboratively with clients, project managers, functional architects, and cross-functional teams to drive program excellence and stakeholder satisfaction. In this role, you will Lead program planning, governance, and stakeholder management for large Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives. Develop and manage comprehensive program plans including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation. Act as the primary point of escalation for clients, ensuring timely resolution of risks, dependencies, and conflicts across teams. Ensure adherence to organizational policies, compliance standards, and Oracle best practices throughout the program lifecycle. Reporting on the overall progress, creating and maintaining project plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align deliverables, manage reporting, and maintain transparency with leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing large-scale Oracle Cloud SCM/ERP transformation programs with multiple end-to-end implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud functional architecture and design principles, including SCM and ERP modules.
  • Previous experience in Oracle Design and best practices.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively with executive leadership.
  • Agile / PMP / Scrum Master certification.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with various cloud, SaaS, and on-premises.
  • Exposure to CMMI Level 5 compliance processes for ERP programs.
  • Oracle Cloud Certifications.
