Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Procurement/Contracts Lead Consultant to join our robust Cloud practice. Requirements

  • Must have a solid understanding and work experience as a Functional Lead with the following:
  • Experienced with 3-5 years in a Functional Lead role with a focus on Procurement and Contracts
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement leading other functional resources through a full life cycle
  • Strong focus on Oracle Cloud ERP with Procurement modules including:
  • Self Service Procurement
  • Purchasing
  • Sourcing
  • Supplier Contracts
  • Supplier Portal
  • Contracts
  • Provider Healthcare experience required including:
  • Hospital Procurement Models: Direct/Indirect purchasing, contracting
  • Commercial/Healthcare experience required
  • Hold meetings on camera on a daily basis, and travel to client sites as needed during project milestones
  • Bachelor's degree is required at a minimum
  • Must already be living in the US
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • All work to be performed in the US
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations on individual assignments
  • Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, account executives, and management
  • Consistently produces clear, concise status reports
  • Builds confidence and trust with clients
  • Displays effective analytical skills

Nice To Haves

  • A plus to have experience with:Accounts Payable in a Hospital Environment: Invoice matching challenges, vendor-specific payment terms
  • Healthcare Financial Structures: GL, capital vs. operational expense, grant-funded purchases
  • Oracle Cloud certification(s) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional Oracle Cloud consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire Cloud application services implementation life cycle
  • Lead hospital procurement design workshops, aligning Cloud functionality with healthcare-specific requirements
  • Identify functionality gaps and build extensions for them
  • Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
  • Write business requirement documents for hospital-specific items such as reports, interfaces, requisition templates, item data conversions, workflows and security
  • Support clients with validation scripts and testing scenarios tailored to hospital supply chain workflows
  • Oversee configuration and data validation during CRP, SIT, and UAT cycles with emphasis on hospital procure-to-pay, contracts, inventory, compliance, and financial controls
  • Lead migration of configuration, integrations and extensions to production
  • Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables
  • Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
  • Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
  • Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology
