Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials across AR, AP, GL, FA, CM, and PPM.
  • Strong understanding of A2R, R2R, P2P, O2C, treasury, and cash lifecycle processes.
  • Expertise in Subledger Accounting (SLA), financial reporting structures, and multi‑ledger environments.
  • Strong accounting and finance acumen.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of banking integrations and reconciliation automation
  • Strong Oracle quarterly release management and finance transformation initiatives.
  • Strong OTBI reporting and dashboards.
  • Perform hands‑on configuration across all core Oracle Financials modules.
  • Lead full lifecycle implementations and support BAU operations simultaneously.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
  • Operate independently, manage priorities, and maintain high ownership.
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Financials
  • Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle implementations.
  • Experience supporting multi‑country and multi‑ledger environments.
  • Experience managing enhancements, integrations, and financial transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Oracle Cloud Financials Platform
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Financials modules (AR, AP, GL, FA, Cash Management, PPM) and other relevant boundary finance applications that integrate with Oracle.
  • Oversee end-to-end administration of system design, configurations, integrations, reporting, and data flows across all Oracle finance modules.
  • Maintain system stability, compliance, and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration guides, training materials and process procedures to ensure knowledge continuity and operational consistency.
  • Configure and Administer Finance Applications
  • Perform configuration of Oracle cloud financial modules and other required boundary applications to support business requirements and ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
  • Define and maintain subledger configurations, chart of accounts structures, ledgers, subledger accounting rules, financial hierarchies, and accounting configurations
  • Design, develop, and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
  • Configure and maintain bank accounts, cash positioning structures, reconciliation rules, and liquidity management processes to ensure strong treasury controls.
  • Govern configuration changes by assessing cross-module and cross-country impacts before implementation to maintain system integrity and control.
  • Provide Operational Support and Resolve Issues
  • Lead day-to-day functional support activities by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues in a timely manner to maintain operational continuity.
  • Oversee and optimize period-end close processes, subledger reconciliation support, bank reconciliation support, and cash positioning support to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support financial audits and compliance reviews by providing documentation, system evidence, and process explanations as required.
  • Coordinate with Oracle support when necessary.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement and Change Management
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops with Finance stakeholders to document business needs and translate them into clear functional design specifications.
  • Lead the onboarding of acquired companies into Oracle Cloud ERP by managing configuration, integration, and deployment activities.
  • Design and deliver system enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives by supporting full project lifecycle activities including design, build, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Support Oracle quarterly updates by reviewing release notes, assessing business impact, testing critical processes, and coordinating required changes.
