About The Position

A career in PwC's Finance team, within their Oracle consulting practice, offers the opportunity to help organizations leverage enterprise technology to achieve digital technology goals and capitalize on business opportunities. The team assists clients in implementing and effectively using Oracle offerings to solve business problems and fuel success in areas such as finance, operations, human capital, customer, and governance, risk and compliance. Specifically, this role focuses on supporting companies in their Finance Transformation journey, enabled by Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM, by helping them rethink Finance functions through new Cloud technology including RPA, Machine Learning, and Analytics. The Director will bring a blend of process and technology expertise to create the next generation Finance function. As a Director, you will lead the implementation of innovative Oracle solutions that drive business success, setting strategic direction, inspiring teams, and cultivating impactful client relationships while overseeing complex projects that enhance operational effectiveness. This position provides the chance to shape the future of finance technology, mentor emerging leaders, and contribute to PwC's reputation for excellence in the industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 10 years of experience with at least 5 years directly involved in Oracle Cloud implementations
  • In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 12 years of professional experience involving Oracle and/or the Finance sector
