The Oracle Business Support Supervisor, General Ledger, is responsible for providing centralized support for the Oracle General Ledger (GL) and Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS) modules. This role partners closely with business and technical teams to develop a clear and accurate understanding of business drivers, enabling informed decision-making and execution of business strategies. The supervisor owns production support processes, coordinates with business users and system owners, tracks and resolves support tickets, and supports system enhancements. They also provide user training, to ensure successful completion of testing activities. This position requires a strong combination of financial and operational business expertise, supported by a solid understanding of enterprise financial systems and technical processes. This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Global Headquarters in Cleveland, OH. Because this role involves access to confidential financial information, the Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and to provide similar protections for its clients and potential investments.
