Marketing & Program Operations Intern, Oracle Academy Oracle Academy is Oracle’s global, philanthropic education program. We advance computing education around the world by helping institutions build knowledge, innovation, and in-demand technology skills. The Marketing & Program Operations Intern will support Oracle Academy senior staff in advancing computing education across higher education and K–12 markets in North America. Work will include marketing and sales support as well as administrative and project support activities that help serve and engage Oracle Academy members. Dates/Schedule/Location May 18 – August 7, 2026 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday Location: Virtual/USA

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a university prior to and post internship.
  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student
  • Academic focus in Marketing, Communications, Business, Education, or related field
  • Excellent writing, copy-editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates/standards
  • Effective time management, organization, and multitasking
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Professional and proactive remote work ethic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic branding best practices
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of marketing communications and campaigns targeted to current and prospective Oracle Academy members, including but not limited to editing/proofreading content created by the team to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Conduct and compile market research to inform future outreach and engagement initiatives.
  • Support creation and schedule of social media content (e.g., Facebook, X, Instagram) and assist with broader branding efforts, as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks that may include: Member verification tasks and related documentation support Organizing and maintaining Oracle Academy member data/files Communicating with members via email and phone to support engagement and program participation
  • Support member education curriculum template tasks (e.g., updating/formatting templates, ensuring consistent structure and presentation).
  • Collaborate with Oracle Academy’s innovative project team on related tasks, including coordination, content support, and documentation as assigned.
  • Provide general project coordination support as needed.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
