About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Operating RoomTech to support perioperative services in a fast-paced surgical environment. This role involves assisting physicians during surgical procedures, maintaining sterile fields, and ensuring proper handling of surgical instruments and equipment.

Requirements

• Experience in the following specialties: General Surgery GYN ENT Orthopedics Urology Vascular procedures
• Experience with Robotics and Mako Robotics systems
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• CST (NBSTSA) or TS-C (NCCT) Certification

Nice To Haves

• Neurospine experience
• Pediatric surgical experience

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative patient care using appropriate surgical equipment and instrumentation
• Function as a scrub assistant during operative and invasive procedures
• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields
• Anticipate surgeon needs and ensure availability of instruments and supplies
• Assist with patient positioning and OR setup
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses and surgical teams
• Serve as a resource and role model for other staff members
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols
