Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology School with clincal hours completed.
- Certification by the Association of Surgical Technologists and CPR certification
- Two to five years of current full time experience as a surgical technician
- Must be able to accomplish Level I and II competencies provided by department
