We are looking for an exceptional OR Scheduler who thrives in organization, critical thinking, and collaboration - someone who understands that details matter when caring for children. As an OR Scheduler, you will schedule surgical cases, obtaining complete and accurate information and communicating necessary information to appropriate staff and departments. You will also enter and compile information within EPIC. Here is what the position requires: Basic reading, writing and math skills as acquired through completion of high school or equivalent. Previous OR scheduling experience strongly preferred. Computer experience with Windows office products; strong understanding of Excel and Outlook. Prior experience with EPIC is strongly preferred. Proficient data entry skills with accuracy and speed. Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm No weekends or holidays Children's Wisconsin is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
