About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of care to patients undergoing operative and invasive procedures. The professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team.

Requirements

• NJ State RN license Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and/or BSN.
• 1-2 years’ experience in an Operating Room, ideally with some supervisor experience
• Possess excellent problem-solving, mentorship, time management, and priority-setting skills.
• Be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• The coordinator can pick up shifts if all attempts to find coverage failed.
