What you'll do: As a full-time or part-time Associate Optometrist, you will provide comprehensive optometric care, performing detailed eye examinations to assess visual acuity and ocular health. Your daily responsibilities will include diagnosing and managing various eye conditions, such as glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration, and prescribing corrective lenses or vision aids as needed. You’ll also deliver pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgeries, educate patients on proper eye care practices, and address any questions or concerns. You’ll have access to advanced technology such as OCT, ERG, Humphrey Visual Field, Optos, Oculus Keratograph 5M, Extended Color Vision, IPL, Radio Frequency, Morpheus 8, Low Light Level Therapy, Inflammatory, and Scout Pro. Working closely with a team of talented professionals, including opticians and administrative staff, you'll collaborate seamlessly to create a seamless and compassionate experience for each patient. You’re proficient in medical terminology, coding systems, and understanding the anatomy and physiology of the eye. You’re knowledgeable about Ophthalmic diseases and treatments, can maintain HIPAA compliance, and use aseptic techniques. You thrive in a collaborative setting, working alongside a team of talented professionals to ensure seamless patient care and contribute to a positive work culture. Requirements

  • Licensed Optometrist in Pennsylvania
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good bedside manners
  • Ability to manage a diverse patient population
  • Proficient in medical terminology, coding systems, and understanding the anatomy and physiology of the eye.
  • Knowledgeable about Ophthalmic diseases and treatments
