Given the increasing patient demand, new doctors joining the team will have the flexibility to see as many patients as desired without mandatory productivity quotas, supporting both professional growth and a healthy work-life balance. What you'll do: As a Doctor of Optometry at Cole Family Eye Care Optometry, you will provide comprehensive, full-scope optometric care to patients of all ages, working a minimum of four days per week with occasional on-call duties. Your schedule will be flexible, allowing you to see anywhere from 18 to 25 patients per day, including comprehensive exams, office visits, contact lens evaluations and trainings, and advanced procedures, with the exact patient load mutually agreed upon according to your skills and preferences. You’ll leverage state-of-the-art technology such as Zeiss OCT, Humphrey Visual Field, Marco auto-phoropters, Optos, iCare tonometry, OptiLight (IPL), OptiPLus (RF), OptiLift (RF/dmst), corneal topography, NCT, and fully electronic medical records to ensure precise diagnostics and individualized treatment plans.
